It was such a good get-a-way! Refreshing! Although we had to let kids off school for 2 days (they didn't complain, ofcourse). We checked into Pelangi Resort and Spa on Thursday right thru to Sunday. We did alot of swimming at the pool, mummies chillin' at the poolside, collecting shells at the beach, mostly kids stuff. Pelangi is old but I think they have maintained it well. I love the idea of kampung houses. Here was our "kampung house" for the family. We occupied two whole houses, playground as our frontview and beach as our balcony view.. absolutely refreshing..

We enjoyed every bit of it.. I wonder where we'll go next family trip..

I remember going to Langkawi a VERY long time ago..and we stayed at Pelangi too..i love the kampong style villas..
I think I should suggest to TC that out next family holiday should be at a resort..we need one of those..last time we went to a resort was for our honeymoon!!! hahahahahhaha....
