Peeling Packing Tape Background. I adhered novel pages onto cardstock, randomly stick a few strips of packing tape, burnish well and then as you peel/tear off the packing tape, you'll see you've created a peeling off effect on the novel pages.
Sprayed colourwash (colours I've used on ATCs above, are mainly brown colour). After spraying the colourwash over the top, the look you're getting is kinda like a tree bark, the more colours you add into it the more layers you'll see. Add
acrylic paints as well to see the different textures.
Here, I've added another cardstock of which I embossed with the Cuttlebug, added a little swish of gold rub'n'buff (gold paste) lightly just getting the top embossed areas. Then to finish off, I added eyelets, paper doilies from Basic Grey and gauze.
