Materials: Patterned papers are 7Gypsies, Heidi Swapp Plastic Flowers, Chipboards are K&Co.

Telephone

Finally played with the sparkly sprinklies dust by MM. Simply painted on chipboards and sprinkle them on. You can actually layer them in a few layers to get more of the dimensional effect. Alternately, you can use MM's plain stickers instead of paint. Can even try embossing ink for that matter! But it works just as nice with the paints. I can't wait til we run the 'Making Beautiful Embellishments' class in October @ Scrappingville. It'll be fun!

My Angel.

Need I say more? The idea is waves, girly, sweet. Simply stamped with Autumn Leaves Swirly stamps, titles are DCWV vellum. Aged the cardstocks with MM Distressing Kit.

My Little Arabic Alpha Book

I made this cutesy little book for the kids with Maya Road's 5x5 Board Book. Its great to work with. Its small so hence its perfect for the little hands. I first traced the arabic alphabets then cut out with my handy craft knife, traced again on patterned paper and so forth. Some of the pages have flaps to the side or upwards, mainly because there's only 10 pages to the Board Book and I needed to put 30 characters in. Patterned papers are K & Co, American Crafts, DCWV. Roman letters are stamped in with MM's magnetic Rummage alphabets. The cover is however quite interesting..I've used Elsie Flannigan's Cloth Paper 12x12 with light green and blue stripes. You'll see more of those papers..hehehe..am playing around with them! They're fun!

This makes me happy

To receive a drawing from my little ones really makes me happy even though if they are just scribbles. Both the girls love drawing me something. I have seriously a huge pile sitting in the cabinet waiting for me to do something with them. But when I received this Dinosaur from Nadira, I couldnt resist but to blog it.. It just made me laugh..
