Layouts ~ Water Drops

Materials: Basic Grey Paper, 7Gypsies Dot Patterned Paper, K & Co floral strips.  

Watered down acrylic paint drops onto background page with a small brush. When paint dried, i added a dot of Ranger's Red Stickles on some of the drops. 

Materials: K & Co floral and 7Gypsies patterned papers. Music Notes fabric under the Hambly Studios overlays. American Crafts Heart Chipboard and alphabet stickers.

Watered down acrylic paint drops onto background page with a bigger brush. Another way to get even bigger drops of paint is by using a straw.

My take on Sharon K's Wax Album..

This is how my album look like.. its quite different looking compared to Sharon K's

Title of Album: The One & Only. My forever friend. (Album for mum)

1. Wax was applied on by pouring straight from the melting pot and smoothed out with the 'credit card' technique

Journal: I look back on my childhood and thank the stars above. For everything you gave me, but mostly for your love.

Stamped with black inks onto patterned paper before adding wax. Wax was applied on last.

Journal: All that I am you made me.

2. Wax can also be applied on with a brush. This way, you'll find that there are brush strokes after wax is applied.

By putting our pictures side by side, this is when I realise how much we look like one another.

This is for you, mum.
